Line Cook - PART TIME
We're looking for: A team player that is enthusiastic, detail oriented, hardworking, and absolutely passionate about serving good food.
Proficiencies/Functions: Top notch listening skills, ability to follow instructions independently and accurately, must be willing to work as part of a larger team, set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, clean up station and properly store leftover food, ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion, excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, must perform kitchen maintenance tasks such as taking out the garbage/recycling, washing kitchen utensils and pots/pans, perform scheduled cleaning tasks, need sound knowledge about safety and health guidelines (you MUST possess safe food handling certificate), ensure that the necessary hygiene and health standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Minimum Qualifications: 1 year Line Cook experience, Reliable transportation is a must (we are not on any bus routes)
We're looking for a team player that is hardworking and willing to learn. This person will run the salad station, dessert station, and dish washing station during busy shifts. The kitchen assistant will be responsible for assiting the line cooks in various capactities. This successful candidtate will be required to perform scheduled cleaning tasks to the satifaction of the general manager.
Minimum Qualifications: Reliable transportation is a must (we are not on any bus routes)

Pro Shop / Customer Service
This position involves: checking in customers (green fee players and members), booking tee times by telephone, processing sales through point of sale, selling golf merchandise and equipment, assisting with the execution of leagues and tournaments, starting players at the first tee, monitoring pace of play, assisting with driving range operation, restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and professional work place, and opening and closing jobs.
This position requires: working varying shifts, effective communication skills, an enthusiastic and interactive personality, being outdoors at times, some physical strength, working as a team with individual initiative, and a reasonable amount of golf knowledge.
