Golf for Women - Level I

This introductory program is designed for ladies who are beginners or intermediates that want to improve their golf experience.  The program presents solid swing fundamentals in a fun learning format.  This 5 lesson program presents the important topics to get you playing your best golf.  Basic rules and etiquette are also presented.  Instruction by Angelo Puma, PGA of Canada professional.  Each lesson is 1 hour.  This will be a group format with a maximum of 7 ladies.

*Clubs are provided at no cost if required.  Please let us know in advance by email if you require clubs.

Lesson #1 – Introduction to your golf clubs, fundamentals (grip, aim, set up), swing motion, getting the ball airborne, how to develop distance.  Bring a 9 or 7 iron. 
Lesson #2 – The full swing motion, understanding swing positions, the impact position with irons, swinging in balance.
Lesson #3 – Driving off the tee, proper address position, faults & cures (fixing slices and hooks), how to gain distance.  Bring a driver and a fairway metal wood.
Lesson #4 – Around the greens, pitching and sand play.  Bring a pitching wedge and a sand wedge.
Lesson #5 – Around the greens, chipping and putting, rules around the greens.  Bring an 8 iron and a putter.

Thursdays, 9:30am, Level 1).  Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  *You will receive an automated confirmation email upon successfully registering.  We will also follow up by email as soon as pssible to confirm your session choice. 

Golf for Women - Level II

This program is designed for women with previous playing experience that want to take their game to a higher level or improve a certain aspect of their game.  The program is presented by Angelo Puma, PGA of Canada professional.  The program creates a strong foundation for success.  Each participant receives individual attention in a group format.  Maximum of 7 ladies.  There are 5 lessons, 1 hour each.

Lesson #1 – Reviewing the importance of swing fundamentals. (grip, aim, set up). ball striking with irons. Knowing your positions. Bring a # 9 or 7 iron. Lesson #2 – The full motion,balance, important positions to develop consistency, distance, faults & cures.
Lesson #3 – Driving off the tee, how to increase your distance, faults & cures. Bring your driver and a #5 metal wood.
Lesson #4 – The scoring shots around the greens, (pitching & sand play) proper set up, distance control, the lob shot.
Lesson #5 – The scoring shots chipping & putting. Bring your # 8 iron & putter
